Hebei Anguo Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Industrial Park takes modern Chinese medicine and healthy food as the leading industriies. The industrial clustering advantages and perfect infrastructure conditions have attracted many enterprises such as Tong Ren Tang, Tasly and China National Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., LTD. The concentrated supply of high-quality steam provides sufficient heat for the drying, extraction and stewing of traditional Chinese medicines. Therefore, these enterprises have strict requirements on the performance in various aspects of steam boilers.

In 2017, Hebei Anguo Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Industrial Park actively responded to the national environmental protection policy and purchased one set of SZS series low NOx gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN. ZOZEN provided a complete system technical solution for the Industrial Park by virtue of its rich project experience in centralized heating supply in industrial parks to meet the high requirements of steam quantity and quality of enterprises in the park. The ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired steam boiler adopts the international popular D-type arrangement. The large volume design of the combustion chamber achieves the full combustion. With the advanced low NOx burner, the NOx emission can be easily achieved below 30mg/m³. The patented technology owned by ZOZEN - the condensate water recycling device uses the high temperature flue gas to preheat the air, allowing the hot air to enter the burner to assist combustion, so that the thermal efficiency can be as high as 98% or more.

After a period of operation observation, the data of ZOZEN boilerhadreached the design requirements.The whole boiler system had high thermal efficiency and sufficient output, which could fully meet the steam demand of the entire park.
