Changchun Huatao Automotive Plastic Trim Co., Ltd. is an auto parts company mainly engaged in the production of automotive plastic inner and outer trim parts, epp foam parts and engine plastic parts. With its technical advantages, it has reached cooperation with Toyota, FAW Volkswagen and BMW. In the production process of automobile injection molded parts, many processes such as feeding, plasticizing and mold filling have a certain temperature requirement. The boiler as a heat source device plays an important role in its production line.In the face of the increasingly severe environmental protection situation, Changchun Huatao actively responded to the "coal to gas" policy and planned to introduce energy-saving and environment-friendly boilers. After a series of investigations and comparisons of many boiler manufacturers, Changchun Huatao finally purchased ZOZEN's star product of environmental protection - WNS series gas-fired steam boiler. This series of condensing gas-fired boilers is horizontally arranged, compact in structure and small in floor space. The combustion chamber adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to reduce the thermal stress and enhance the smoke disturbance, therefore, improving the heat transfer effect. with the advanced low NOx burner, the NOx emissions can be as low as 30mg/Nm3. The spiral finned tube economizer is also installed at the tail of the boiler to reduce the exhaust gas temperature to 60 degrees, and the boiler thermal efficiency can be over 98%. In addition, the boiler's fully automated control system features automatic operation and interlock protection, which meets the requirements for safety and environmental protection of Changchun Huatao production line.
