As everyone knows, the corrugated paper processing industry has an increased demand for steam, which is the essential support for the production processes of presetting corrugated base paper, molding, gluing, etc., therefore, a steam boiler is one of the key facilities of corrugated paper manufacturing enterprises. Baixiang County Gem Paper Co., Ltd., as a subsidiary company of Jin Gem Group, engaged in manufacturing high strength corrugated paper with an annual output value of over 100 million yuan. The previous coal boilers of Gem Paper were facing the challenge of upgrading with the severer market competition and stricter national environmental protection policies. Gem Paper knew that the stable heat output of a steam boiler had a direct impact on the quality of corrugated paper. The company conducted contrastive analysis of multiple boiler suppliers and was attracted by ZOZEN with the advantages of stable running and energy-efficiency.ZOZEN tailored a complete set of solution for Gem Paper after thorough communication. Gem Paper ordered 4 sets of SZS series gas-fired steam boilers (SZS18-1.6-Q) to meet the requirements of their production lines. This series of boilers adopts the design of longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure, the steam drum, the water drum and convection tubes form the convection heating surface. Big combustion chamber equipped with a low NOx burner effectively reduce the NOx as well as increasing the thermal efficiency over 98%; Boiler body uses the forced circulation in the high temperature area to make sure all heating areas can be cooled down and avoid vaporization. In addition, the feature of automatic operation realizes the unattended operation and  save labor costs for Gem Paper.
