A steam boiler is a piece of vital equipment in the production processes of food industry such as stewing, drying, concentrating and sterilizing.  Jiaozuo Yuzhu Instant Noodle Company, affiliated with Henan Province state-run Boai Farm, is a national professional manufacturer of instant noodles with the annual production capacity of over one hundred thousand tons; the instant noodles produced by the company are sold very well all over the country. China is advocating the development of green economy in recent years; Henan Province is vigorously controlling pollution and reforming coal-fired boilers to gas-fired boilers. As the only state-owned enterprise of instant noodle industry, Jiaozuo Yuzhu Instant Noodle Company actively promoted the "coal to gas" action and ordered one set of 25 tph gas fired boiler (SZS25-1.25-Q) from ZOZEN. The boiler is equipped with a large volume furnace and an advanced imported low NOx burner to effectively reduce the NOx emission. In addition, the boiler adopts the design of membrane water wall; the gastight test must be done before installing thermal insulation layers, to ensure there is no flue gas leak under the condition of micro-positive pressure combustion and help reduce the heat loss of the boiler body; the thermal efficiency will reach up to 98%.

This ZOZEN gas-fired boiler was delivered on time according to the time limit stipulated in the contract and put into use smoothly according to the plan. This set of SZS gas-fired boiler has the advantages of sufficient output and stable operation, which completely met the demands of our production lines, what's more, the flue gas emission of the boiler was in accordance with NOx≤30mg/Nm3.
