A steam boiler is an important equipment for chemical products production, providing steam as the heat and power source for the production processes of drying and synthesis. Suzhou Liansheng Chemistry Co., Ltd., invested from Hong Kong, is devoted to the manufacture of textile auxiliaries, softener flake, silicone softener and agricultural chemicals. The environmental pollution issues have aroused increasing social concern in recent years, the chemical industry, a big discharger of pollution, has become the focus again and again. In order to effectively control emission pollutants, Suzhou Liansheng decided to upgrade existing equipment and introduce environment-friendly ones. As an essential equipment in the production line, the boiler also needed to be replaced. The sales manager from ZOZEN learnt that Suzhou Liansheng used clean energy as fuel, and needed to reduce the NOx emissions below 30mg/Nm３ to comply with THE strict environmental regulations. The sales manager recommended the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler to Suzhou Liansheng after understanding their actual demands. This kind of boiler adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to ensure the full combustion of fuels; In addition, to effectively reduce the NOx emission, the boiler is equipped with an advanced low NOx burner; furthermore, ZOZEN also installed economizer and condenser on the tail of the gas-fired boiler, which will effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature below 60℃ and improve thermal efficiency up to 98%.
