Newfareaet Cable is mainly dedicated to manufacturing overhead wires, power cables, wires and cables used in electrical equipments, and special cables. In the cable industry, the heating and humidification of cables and wires is a common process. Cooking can promote cross-linking between molecules of cable insulation materials, making the linear structure into a netwok structure, and steam requirements are indispensable. The wire and cable are always core business of the Newfaresat Cable. They are particularly strict with the steam control which requires for the production of wires and cables. Therefore, ZOZEN has specially customized two sets of 6 tph SZS condensing gas-fired boilers. The forced circulation is adopted in the high temperature zone of the boiler body to ensure that the heating surface of each part can be reliably cooled and prevented from vaporization. The additional condenser controls the temperature of the furnace body below 45℃ to fully recover the damp heat in the flue gas and the latent heat of condensation of the steam, which increases thermal efficiency dramatically.
