Jiangxi Copper Group is an ultra-large joint enterprise containing copper mining, selection, smelting in Chinese non-ferrous metals industry. It is also Chinese largest copper product production base and an important raw material for sulfide, and gold, silver and scattered metal producing area. As we all know, in the copper smelting process, a large amount of electricity and steam are consumed, and steam consumption accounts for about 30 to 40% of them. ZOZEN boiler has provided two sets of 40 tph SZS condensing gas-fired boilers. The boiler adopts a D-type full-membrane wall structure, and the combustion chamber uses a narrow-pitch tube-type water wall, which has good sealing properties and reduces heat loss. The boiler body is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and then kept in fire-resistant mud to keep the furnace temperature below 45°C and effectively control the heat loss.
