In the production of modified tapioca starch, the first step is to process the raw material into tapioca starch. Then the starch or starch granules will be treated by physical, chemical or enzymatic way, causing the starch to be partially degraded. Dehydration and desiccation are two important processes during the production of tapioca starch, which need to consume a large number of steam. Moreover, food industry has high requirements for sanitation, a lot of steam needs to be used for disinfection and sterilization. In order to promote energy conservation and environmental protection, General Starch CO.,LTD chose ZOZEN SZS series condensing gas fired steam boilers after visiting and comparing, which is designed to be high efficiency, eco-friendly and energy-saving. The volume of this furnace is large so that the radiation heating surface is more sufficient. The fuel can be fully burnt and the heat efficiency has been over 98%. And the automatic operation makes the boilers easy and safe to use.
