In the production process of chemical products, the refined processes including salt forming reaction, condensation reaction, desolventizing and drying have specific requirements for the temperature, hence, the boiler is an essential piece of equipment in chemical industry. Jiangsu Aolunda Technology Industrial Co., LTD. is a new high-tech enterprise specializing in developing and manufacturing functional fine chemical products that are exported overseas. All along, chemical enterprises are often heavy polluters. As a enterprise that has the courage to undertake the social responsibility, Jiansgsu Aolunda decided to upgrade the production line equipment to deal with the increasingly serious situation of environmental protection. As one of the important equipment of the production line, the boilers had to be replaced with more energy-saving and high efficient ones in an urgent need.Jiangsu Aolunda had already heard about ZOZEN before and decided to conduct a field visit to ZOZEN in Yixing. After the deep communication with ZOZEN sales manager, Jiangsu Aolunda ordered one set of YQW series natural gas fired horizontal thermal fluid heater (YQW-6000Q). This series of heaters can supply high temperature heating with low pressure, equips with operational control and safety monitoring device to precisely control the operating temperature. It has a three-pass round coil structure and an advanced combustion device to ensure completed combustion and higher thermal efficiency; moreover, the inner side of the furnace uses premium thermal insulation material and the external side uses stainless steel plate to effectively reduce heat loss; besides, ZOZEN also installed energy-saving devices on the tail of the heater to recycle the waste heat of the flue gas and decrease, managing to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
