Huagang Gas Group is a sino-foreign joint venture enterprise, which established by Kunlun Energy Company Limited and Huabei Oilfield Company. The company is engaged in natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, blast furnace gas and so on. Due to the stringent quality requirement for pipeline gas in China, all natural gas needs to be decarbonized and desulphurized. A high-quality steam boiler is one of the key equipment for the productive process. With the development of global environmental policy, the demand of clean energy is growing with each passing day. Huagang Gas Group has carried out public bidding to purchase one set of thermal fluid heater to meet the production need. Relying on rich experience and powerful comprehensive technology strength, ZOZEN won the bid and provided 9.4MW YQW series thermal fluid heater for them. The heat exchange surface of the thermal fluid heater adopts multi-loop round coil tube structure, which features high security and sufficient heating surface. The waste heat boiler, air pre-heater and economizer are installed on the tails of the thermal fluid heater to effectively improve the thermal efficiency (The thermal efficiency of ZOZEN thermal fluid heater can reach up to 95%). Moreover, this kind of thermal fluid heater adopts perfect running control and safety monitoring device, which can control working temperature strictly and guarantee the safe operation.
