The thermal fluid heater is an essential equipment in oil refining industry, providing heat energy for rectification, hydrogenation, catalysis, gasification and other production processes. Dongfang Hualong Group is a large enterprise engaged in processing and sales of petroleum, main products include gasoline, diesel, propylene, liquefied gas, slurry oil, petroleum coke, petroleum machinery, etc. With the global green development trend, oil refining industry will adjust its industrial structure on a large scale. Dongfang Hualong Group seized the opportunity to accelerate transformation and upgrading and vigorously develop the circular economy. As an important part of production line, the thermal fluid heater takes the lead in achieving equipment innovation. The sales manager of ZOZEN provided the company 4 sets of 17.5 MW gas/oil-fired thermal fluid heaters after learning about their actual demands. The thermal fluid heater has wide adaptability of fuels, is suit for natural gas, coal gas, marsh gas, diesel, light oil, etc. The heat exchange surface adopts three-pass round coil tube structure, which features more sufficient heating surface. It is also equipped with an advanced burner to ensure the NOx emission below 30mg/m3. The waste heat boiler, air pre-heater and economizer are installed on the tails of the thermal fluid heaters to effectively improve thermal efficiency, which can reach above 98%.
