There are many affiliates around the world, including Austria, China, Colombia, Canada, Germany, Philippines, Russia, etc.. TANN LONGYOU, located in Zhejiang, has an annual capacity of 7000 tons of tip base paper of cigarette and nearly 10,000 tons of tipping paper. In response to global green development, the company has made a decision to order several eco-friendly thermal fluid heaters. The production equipment and technology are more advanced and unique, which can guarantee the quality of thermal fluid heaters. ZOZEN’s thermal fluid heaters have been received favorable reviews from various industries. After knowing their actual need, ZOZEN recommends YQW series gas-fired thermal fluid heaters for TANN LONGYOU, which adopt multi-return coil tube design for sufficient heating surface. Suitable energy-efficient equipment is added at the end of flue gas duct, which can lower the exhaust gas temperature to 90℃ and achieve the thermal efficiency up to 95%. Meanwhile, they are also equipped with low nitrogen burner for low NOx emission (NOx≤30mg/Nm3).
