Zhejiang Huadi Textile Printing & Dyeing Co.,Ltd. is a professional domestic textile dyeing and printing company. It covers anarea of 140,000 square meters, and total construction area of 160,000 squaremeters, 1. Huadi owns three plants: the chemical fiber dyeing and printing, cotton dyeing and printing,  and knitting dyeing and printing with advanced equipment introduced from Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, South Korea. Its goal is to develop the first-class domestic textile fabric processing base. Owns first-class dyeing printing equipment inthe world introduced from Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, South Korea andother countries, aims to create a first-class home textile fabric processingbase. The thermal fluid heater is indispensable for Huadi because its many processes have to operate in high temperature such as water washing, dyeing, printing, and post-finishing. However, the company's previous related equipment has not satisfied the ever-growing production demands. Then Zozen Boiler and Huadi cooperated. Our boiler YY (Q) W-4600Y (Q) horizontal gas-fired thermal fluid heater was installed. This type does not require water treatment equipment. The system is simple to operate and easy to maintain and has high heat utilization rate. So it helps to save high operating cost for Zhejiang Huadi Textile Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. and improve the corporate efficiency.
