At present, the food wasterecycling treatment process is generally the kitchen garbage collection,crushing and screening, dehydrating and feed raw material production, and theproducing of feed raw material needs to use indirect heating and hightemperature drying. The company (formerly Suzhou City Clean Waste Vegetable OilRecovery Co., Ltd.), as the only designated waste oil recovery company inSuzhou City, has been committed to the recycling of food waste from kitchens.In 2007, The company jointly with Tsinghua University developed Kitchen wasteheat and humidity comprehensive treatment process. In recent years, the “clean company” has been continuously improving itstechnology and improving its processes to ensure that it can be harmlesslytreated and resource-utilized it when kitchen waste increases. It purchased a 1.2MW horizontal gas-fired thermal fluid heater (YQW-1200Q) at ZOZEN. At present,the company's actual kitchen waste collection and disposal volume is up to 250tons/day, and it can operate stably.
