Jiangsu Han Kuang Industrial Co., Ltd. has become one of the national largest production bases of petrochemical auxiliaries. With a sudden increase in market demands, Han Kuang Industrial decided to introduce a branch of equipment that equipped with automation systems to accelerate the intelligent transformation of environmental protection and safety. Han Kuang Industrial planned to purchase environmental friendly and high efficient steam boilers featuring automatic and safe operation. After a series of careful and rigorous market research, Han Kuang Industrial reached cooperation intention with ZOZEN and ordered 2 sets of 4 tph WNS series condensing gas-fired boilers (WNS4-1.6-Q). The full automatic intelligent control ensures the long-time safe and stable operation of boilers, which save a lot of operational and maintenance cost  for Han Kuang Industrial. More than that, this series of gas-fired steam boilers is ZOZEN typical energy-saving and environment-friendly product. The large-diameter corrugated furnace in conjunction with the advanced low NOx burner can easily reduce the NOx emission below 30 mg/m³; at the same time, ZOZEN engineer equipped energy-saving devices on the flue tail of the boiler to reduce the exhaust gas temperature to 60 degrees, enabling the thermal efficiency up to 98%. The boiler complied with the concept of energy conservation and environment protection as well as providing the enough heat source that production line needs.
