The reaction link of Polymerization of epoxy resin has to be processed at an elevated-temperature, the heat source provided by the boiler is stable or not directly determines the products quality. Anhui Meijia New Materials Co., Ltd. is a fine chemical enterprise that specialized in powder coatings and epoxy resin, polyester resin R&D, production and sales, company listed in 2014 August in new over-the-counter market and it become China's first powder coating listed company.

Considering the continuous development of the company's business and the rapidly growing production scale, Meijia New Materials decided to build a new production line of epoxy resin. To take both social and economic benefits into consideration, new production line adopted clean production technology and equipment and used clean energy natural gas as boiler fuel to reduce the pollutant emissions and ensure the exhaust emission to meet relevant standards. After leaning about the demand of Meijia New Materials, ZOZEN recommended one set of WNS series gas-fired steam boiler (WNS10-1.25-Q), featuring fully automatic and safe operation. This series of gas-fired boilers is a kind of energy-saving and environment-friendly boiler designed and developed by ZOZEN on the basis of national and international advanced technology in combination with  abundant industry experience; it adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace and the high efficiency heat transfer element thread smoke tube to ensure the complete combustion of fuels; the thermal efficiency can reach above 98%. It is also equipped with an advanced low NOx burner to achieve the ultra-low NOx emissions below 30mg/Nm3. Furthermore, ZOZEN also installed economizer and condenser on the tail of the gas-fired boiler, which will effectively cut down the operation costs and increase the thermal efficiency, achieving the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
