Steam boilers provide heat source for dyeing, drying, slashing and printing in printing and dyeing industry. Nantong New Dunhuang Dyeing Co. LTD. has always been providing excellent products and after-sales service to customers for the 16 years' constant development, main business including: yarn bleaching and sales, sales of carpet and garment fabrics and  decoration cloth. As the state is promoting the substitution of small gas-fired boilers, Nantong New Dunhuan decided to introduce one set of gas-fired steam boiler with sufficient output and high efficiency. A set of high-quality boiler is essential for a dyeing and printing enterprise, which can not only enhance productivity but also reduce operating costs. After some market research, Nantong New Dunhuang chose ZOZEN as their cost-effective boiler supplier. In the process of technical communication, New Dunhuang spoke highly of ZOZEN professional degree and ordered one set of 6 tph WNS series gas-fired steam boiler (WNS6-1.25-Q). This series of boilers is ZOZEN's own R&D and has good reputation in the market with excellent product performance. It has wide fuel adaptability, applicable to a wide range of fuels including natural gas, methane, coal gas, diesel, heavy oil, light oil, etc., It adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to ensure the completed combustion, along with a low NOx burner, the NOx emission can be controlled below 30mg/Nm3. The boiler features automatic and safe operation, can automatically adjust and protect the combustion condition, water level, temperature and steam pressure in the course of operating. ZOZEN also installed the condenser, economizer for the tail flue, which would recycle the flue gas and decrease the exhaust temperature below to 60 degrees. The thermal efficiency is as high as 98%, which is higher than the same products in the market.
