Steam boilers play a key role in the production and processing of pressed vegetable, providing heat source for emulsifying and sterilizing. Chongqing Fuling Zhacai Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale agricultural industrialization enterprise group, its leading products Wujiang series pressed vegetable is widely known and sold well in China, and has exported to many regions and countries such as the European Union, the United States and Japan.As the environment pollution has become more and more serious in recent years, Fuling Zhacai decided to upgrade its existing equipment, promoting the transformation of pressed vegetable exploitation and utilization from extensive form to intensive and environment friendly form. Fuling Zhacai was in desperate need of introducing more environmental friendly boilers to ensure the NOx in flue gas emission below 30mg/Nm3, the boilers are the important facilities of the production line. ZOZEN stood out in the in the competitive bidding competition with rich industry experience and systematic Solutions and provided Fulin Zhacai with 2 sets of 4 tph WNS series gas-fired steam boilers (WNS4-1.25-Q). This series of gas-fired boilers adopts full corrugated furnace to enhance the flue gas disturbance; large-capacity furnace ensure the sufficient steam storage space and heating surface, enabling the boiler to generate high quality steam efficiently; the boilers is equipped with a low NOx burner to achieve the NOx emission below 30mg/Nm3; in addition, the tail of the boiler is installed with the economizer and condenser to increase the temperature of the feed water by utilizing the waste heat from flue gas of the boiler tail, the thermal efficiency can be raised up to 98%.
