Steam boilers play a key role in the production process of dye intermediates, proving steam for synthesis, drying and other processes. Tsaker Chemical Group Limited, listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has four business units including dyestuff BU, pigments intermediates BU, battery materials BU and environmental protection BU. Dye intermediates BU, located in Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, and mainly engages in the production and sale of dye intermediates DSD acid, NTS and dinitrotoluene sulfonate (DNTS). Dye intermediates BU (hereafter referred to as BU) planned to introduce natural gas boilers to response to increasingly stringent environmental protection policies like “coal-to-gas”. Because the environmental protection boilers on the market vary in quality, the BU took enormous care in choosing the boiler supplier. After several comparative studies and cost analyses, the BU was deeply impressed by the excellent products and services from ZOZEN, and ultimately achieved cooperation with ZOZEN. ZOZEN provided them with SZS gas-fired steam boilers after on-the-spot investigation. This kind of gas-fired boiler adopts the structure of membrane water wall for better sealing effect and higher thermal efficiency; In addition, to effectively reduce the NOx emission, the boiler is equipped with a large volume furnace and an advanced NOx burner imported from Europe, so the NOx emission can reduce to30mg/Nm3.
