Hot water boilers are used to provide heat energy or hot water. Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Co., Ltd., established in 2003, mainly produces well-crafted high-end clothing. Until now, it has 11 garment factories and 5 affiliated enterprises. One of the affiliated enterprises specializes in laundry service, and it need to wash over 50000 pieces of clothes every day. The hot water boiler is the most important equipment in the product line, as important as the heart of an enterprise. In response to the green and environmental protection call, Classic Fashion Apparel Industry actively performed social responsibility and decided to eliminate environmentally unfriendly hot water boilers. The company planned to purchase several sets of high efficient and environment-friendly hot water boilers, which use heavy oil as fuel. ZOZEN acquired Jordanian customers' favor with its excellent product quality and devoted customer service, offering the company several sets of 4.2MW fire tube boilers. This kind of boiler is a package boiler, which features fast delivery time, short installed period and low cost. The above advantages will minimize the impact of replacing the equipments to the production line. Meanwhile, the boiler adopts the large-diameter corrugated furnace and advanced low NOx burner imported from Europe to ensure the low NOx exhausting. In order to maximize energy saving and consumption reduction, the engineer from ZOZEN installed energy-saving devices on the tails of the hot water boilers, so that the exhaust gas temperature will reduce to 60℃ and the thermal efficiency can reach up above 98%.
