Beijing Feitai Urban Construction Property Management Company mainly manages property management and boiler heating. The company manages 6 residence communities and 2 heating plants. The total area of property management is 1.1 million square meters, and the heating area is 1.2 million square meters. At the end of 2016, Chengjian Property Development Co., Ltd. launched the procurement of boiler equipment for Jiaomen and Wangyuan heating bid. ZOZEN boiler has A grade boiler manufacturing license, a BRII pressure vessel manufacturing licese, and a comprehensive ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification, which makes us get the bid successfully. In 2017, ZOZEN boiler provided 3 sets of 14MW SZS condensing gas-fired hot water boiler for the daily heating water for residential quarters for Jiaomen and Wangyuan heating plants.
