The company’s main business covers the energy-saving and transformation of pyroelectric and thermal project, and provides distributed energy services project for towns. This time, Shanxi Huiyuan Juice needed steam for ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization and aseptic cold filling for steam cracking and concentrated fruit juice production. It cooperated with Dongfang Xuanchen to provide thermal services. The WNS series gas-fired boilers of ZOZEN they purchased with a condenser to the tail of the flue. The waste heat in the tail gas of the boiler is used to increase the boiler inlet temperature. The thermal efficiency of the boiler is as high as 98%, which saves a lot of operating costs for company. Dongfang Xuanchen and ZOZEN decided through consultation that two 10 sets of 10 tph WNS condensing gas-fired boilers will be installed for Shanxi Huiyuan Juice.
