Chongqing Sanyi Food Co., Ltd. is a modern food enterprise engaged in the production and sales of hot pot butter products and hotpot seasonings. Sanyi Food combines the second generation technology of advanced "physical high temperature deacidification" with the traditional process, in which the stable heat source provided by the boiler meets the high temperature requirements of the production line.As the products sell well, Sanyi Food has built a modern comprehensive production base of more than 20,000 square meters in 2016, which adopted advanced automated production lines, and it was urgent to introduce energy-efficient boilers and use clean energy natural gas as fuel. ZOZEN became the boiler supplier of Sanyi Food due to its outstanding advantages in product performance and environmental protection effects. In order to meet the different requirements of the production line for temperature, ZOZEN customized the combination of YQW series Thermal Oil Heater + WNS series gas-fired steam boiler system. Among them, YQW series thermal oil heater adopts forced circulation three-pass circular tube design for the sufficient heating surface. The energy-saving device added on the tail of the furnace body can greatly reduce heat loss, and the thermal efficiency is up to 95%. In addition, these two series of boilers are both equipped with advanced low NOx burner to realize the low emissions of NOx ≤ 30mg/Nm³; Moreover, the boilers are both adopt the packaged structure, after the boiler components are transported to the site, they can be put into operation once connecting to the electricity and gas, which greatly reduces the boiler installation cost.
