Founded in 1995, Damin Food (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. is an international enterprise group specializing in deep processing of natural plants which integrates R&D, production and sales. Its products are exported to the United States, Japan, Europe and other countries and regions. It is an international supplier of many large-scale food and beverage, restaurant chain and health care products pharmaceutical companies.Damin Foods is committed to producing healthy and natural products and creating a healthy lifestyle that returns to nature. Therefore, Damin Foods attaches great importance to its own green development, and adheres to the environmental protection concept in the selection of boiler equipment. It plans to introduce environmentally friendly boilers that use clean energy natural gas as fuel. After understanding their actual needs, ZOZEN tailored the technical solution for Damin Foods: newly construct four sets of 5 million kcal YQW series thermal fluid heaters. This series of gas-fired thermal fluid heaters has the characteristics of high temperature and low pressure. In the process of plant extraction, high temperature steam is used to complete the sterilization process of plant concentrate, which fully meets the temperature requirements of Dagu food production line. The tail of the heater is also equipped with waste heat recovery devices. By recycling the waste heat of high-temperature flue gas, the heat energy loss is greatly reduced, and the overall thermal efficiency of the heater is increased to over 95%.
