As the important heat source equipment for the production line of insulating materials, the thermal fluid heater plays an important role in the production process. Sichuan EM Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology-based listed company specializing in R&D and manufacturing of new materials. Based on new insulation materials, it focuses on the development of optical film materials, environmentally friendly flame retardant materials and other products. In the face of increasingly serious environmental problems and the expansion of production scale, Sichuan EM Technology decided to purchase environmentally-friendly thermal fluid heaters to ensure the implementation of the pollution prevention measures. Sichuan EM Technology required 24 hours of continuous operation with the the boiler oil temperature higher than 320℃. Sichuan EM Technology did a full market research on the quality of the boiler products on the market before purchasing. ZOZEN YQW series thermal fluid heaters attracted the attention of Sichuan EM Technology due to their advantages in product quality, performance and environmental protection effects. This series of thermal fluid heaters adopts advanced welding technology, and the welding lines are subjected to X-ray real-time imaging and 100% hydraulic test to prevent unqualified welding lines from entering the production line; the heater body adopts a three-pass circular tube structure for the sufficient heating surface, the energy-saving device installed on the tail of the furnace body can ensure the thermal efficiency is over 95%; the advanced combustion unit achieves low NOx emissions.
