Thai Development Industrial Paper Co. , Ltd. is one of large paper mill in Thailand. Few years ago, ZOZEN has already offered SZL series coal-fired water tube boiler to them for satisfying the growing needs of the production. The steam boiler was able to run stably these years. This time, the paper mill cannot find out what is wrong with the boiler. After knowing what happened, the fault detection was carried out by ZOZEN’s engineering team at once. They found that due to the emergency shut-down, the cross girder of front grate was out of shape, making the fire grate stuck. Meanwhile, oil filler points were not installed for two bearings in the lower part of rear chain. In order to make the operation return to normal, ZOZEN’s engineering team has replaced the deformed parts and made reinforcement for the new parts. In addition to this, grease oil filler points have been added for bearings in each side of rear-end transmission gear. Now, the steam boilers are able to run stably.
